Free Gift Tier November 2021

1. This promotion is only valid on our website - www.oxwhite.com from 1st November 2021.

2. This promotion is on a first-come-first-served and while stocks last basis, no pre-order is applicable.

3. This promotion is not valid with other on-going promotions, discounts or promo/voucher code.

4. This promotion is applicable by tiers as listed below, total payable amount after discount:

Tier 1: Spend minimum RM100, get Free 1 (ONE) Adult Breatheasy Face Mask

Tier 2: Spend minimum RM150, get Free 1 (ONE) Measurement Tape.

Tier 3: Spend minimum RM250, get Free 1 (ONE) Cotton Bath Towel.

5. Free gift entitlement is based on the final payable amount after any deduction of discount/voucher. It is set at the highest tier value.

6. Free gift is not transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash. It is added into cart at random selection. Customers must accept the item(s) as it is, capped at ONE (1) for each order based on only ONE (1) tier.

7. Free gift entitlement will be shown in the shopping cart based (if any).

8 Items in gift box/bundle are visuals shown for illustration purposes only. Decorative items are not included.

9. Kindly ensure Free Gift is added to your cart before proceeding to checkout or shall be deemed as void. Any correspondence or appeal will not be entertained.

10. Free gifts may be substituted with similar items of equal value according to stock availability without any prior notice.

11. Previous orders are not applicable to enjoy this promotion and refunds will not be reimbursed. Any changes or cancellation of previous orders will not be entertained.

12. Should shipping postal address or contact number provided be incorrect, whereupon re-route is needed, customer shall bear the reroute cost incurred.

13. Any changes or cancellation of previous orders to take advantage of the new entitled Free Gift will not be entertained.

14. Due to safety and hygiene purposes, please note that Breatheasy Mask (Adult & Kids), Towels and Innerwears (Men & Women) are not entitled for return nor refund, they are deemed as non-returnable items in accordance with Oxwhite Return Policy. Any items found with defects please email us at hello@oxwhite.com.my.

15. Oxwhite Breatheasy Mask is not a replacement for medical grade Personal Protective Equipment.

16. Kindly adhere to regulations by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

17. OXWHITE reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without notice.

18. OXWHITE reserves the right to change, limit or cancel this promotion at any time.

19. OXWHITE reserves the rights to cancel and forfeit any orders if so, deemed fraudulent.

20. In the event of conflicting purchases leading to stock insufficiency, OXWHITE has the right to cancel any purchase. OXWHITE will, of course, inform you immediately and reimburse any payments made.

21. OXWHITE is not responsible for any failure to complete your transaction, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination of these, or any other technical failures including any damage to any person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from this campaign.

22. OXWHITE may, in its sole discretion and without notice, remove, cancel, or disallow any user who violates the terms and conditions, including the following circumstances: suspicious or fraudulent purchasing activity; usage abuse, including the use of multiple accounts, or multiple checkouts associated with the same customer or group of customers; or purchasing products for the purpose of reselling with immediate effect.

23. OXWHITE's decision is final should there be any dispute in relation to this promotion.
