2nd Anniversary Voucher T&C

Oxwhite Vouchers
  • The vouchers will only be applicable from 8th of July 2020 onwards and it is only valid till the 8th of August 2020 - no extensions are allowed.
  • The vouchers are only applicable to one use per customer and it is non-refundable or exchangeable to any monetary form.
  • Only one voucher is applicable to one order. Stacking of vouchers are not applicable.
  • The vouchers are only applicable to selected items. 
  • Cash vouchers will be sent out to eligible customers starting from 8th July 2020 ; 12:01 PM onwards in batches via email. Please ensure that you key in the correct email address while placing your order. 
  • Any unused voucher or balance of vouchers/amount will not be refunded. 
  • Any order amendments or cancellation, the voucher amount will not be reimbursed and neither can it be applied to a new order. 
  • OXWHITE will not be responsible if the voucher is used by another user, in the event if a wrong email address is provided.
  • OXWHITE reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without notice.
  • OXWHITE reserves the right to change, limit or cancel this promotion at any time.
  • OXWHITE reserves the rights to cancel and forfeit any vouchers if so deemed fraudulent.

 

Partnership vouchers.

  • Any 3rd party or partnership vouchers applied are non-refundable or exchangeable to any monetary form by OXWHITE
  • Any vouchers to be used on our partners' platform/website will be according to our partners' set of T&C which will be applicable on said platform/website. 
  • Any partnership voucher errors encountered, the user should refer to said partners to inquire on error. 
  • Any error incurred during the checkout process, the customers are to contact the said partner to inquire.
  • The voucher is only valid for the said amount of time by the partner and OXWHITE will not extend or refresh any unused of said vouchers.
  • OXWHITE reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without notice.
