8. Should shipping postal address or contact number provided be incorrect, whereupon re-route is needed, customer shall bear the re-route cost incurred.

9. Due to safety and hygiene purposes, please note that Oxwhite Breatheasy Mask (Kids & Adult) is not entitled for return nor refund, in accordance with Oxwhite Return Policy.

10. Oxwhite Breatheasy Mask is not a replacement for medical grade Personal Protective Equipment.

12. OXWHITE reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without notice.

13. OXWHITE reserves the right to change, limit or cancel this promotion at any time.

14. OXWHITE reserves the rights to cancel and forfeit any orders if so, deemed fraudulent.

15. In the event of conflicting purchases leading to stock insufficiency, OXWHITE has the right to cancel any purchase. OXWHITE will, of course, inform you immediately and reimburse any payments made.

OXWHITE is not responsible for any failure to complete your transaction, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination of these, or any other technical failures including any damage to any person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from this campaign.

17. OXWHITE may, in its sole discretion and without notice, remove, cancel, or disallow any user who violates the terms and conditions, including the following circumstances: suspicious or fraudulent purchasing activity; usage abuse, including the use of multiple accounts, or multiple checkouts associated with the same customer or group of customers; or purchasing products for the purpose of reselling with immediate effect.
