Shipping and Returns



  • Shipping are RM8 within West Malaysia and RM8 for East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak).
  • Estimated delivery time to West & East Malaysia is 10 - 15 working days.
  • You will receive your tracking number via email once your parcel been shipped out.
  • Expect delays during festive periods and sales promotion period.
  • We do not accept order cancellations upon despatch of your order.
  • Free shipping applicable within Malaysia only.


  •  We ship worldwide via FedEx International Priority.
  • International expedited shipping will take 15-20 working days.
  • We provide Worldwide Shipping at RM40 (US$10) for all countries.
  • You will receive your tracking number via email once your parcel been shipped out.
  • We do not accept order cancellations upon despatch of your order.


  • Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).
  • Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

Exchange or Refund / Return

Don’t think your order is right for you? Don’t sweat it! OXWHITE offers easy returns after delivery – 365 days no questions asked! Postage is to be borne by the customer in the event of an exchange or return.

You can choose one of the following return options:

  1. Exchange your item for different size/colour.
  2. A full refund to your original payment mode or Store Credits.
  3. Replacement for a wrong or defective item sent.

Want to return an item? Make sure your item is returnable with the following checklist:

  • within 365 days of receipt
  • Invoice available
  • Original condition & tag intact
  • Original packaging

Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are only available for size and/or colour of the same style. Exchanging for a different product is strictly not allowed. We recommend to return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the different product.

Refunds Process

Refunds are typically issued via your preferred refund method indicated while filling up the 'Online Exchange and Return' request or upon request through Customer Service. You can choose to be refunded either via Store Credit or via your original payment method (except for Cash on Delivery).

For Bank Transfer refund option*, please ensure that the following details are provided completely and correctly:

  • Bank Name
  • Account Number
  • Account Holder's Name as per NRIC/Passport

Please note:

  • OXWHITE reserves the rights to withhold any refunds if your original item have not reached our warehouse.
  • Ensure that refund details given are correct and complete.
  • Any incorrect and/or incomplete entries will be refunded entirely to Store Credit.
  • If you opt for a refund via your original payment method, the refund value will be apportioned according to the amount paid via store credits and your original payment method.
  • Voucher codes cannot be re-issued and are non-refundable. If you return an item which was purchased using a voucher code, only the final paid price (after discount) will be refunded.
  • We are unable to accommodate any refund reversal requests for Store Credit if 365 days have past from the refund date.
  • Any refunded store credit that is used on a new order (including exchange orders), can only be refunded as store credit - even if a different refund method is selected.
