1. Previous orders are not eligible for this promotion, and refunds will not be applicable. Changes or cancellations of previous orders will not be entertained.
2. Due to safety and hygiene purposes, please note that Breatheasy Face Mask, Towels, and Innerwear (Men & Women) including Women Lounge Wear are not eligible for return or refund. They are deemed as non-returnable items according to Oxwhite's Return Policy. As for any items found with defects, please email us at hello@oxwhite.com within 1 month from the delivery date. Oxwhite Breatheasy Mask is not a replacement for medical-grade Personal Protective Equipment. Please adhere to the regulations set by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
3. Any exchange/refund requirements, please contact us at hello@oxwhite.com or may submit exchange/refund request via https://oxwhite.com/apps/return_prime. Other terms and conditions for exchange/refund will follow Oxwhite's Return Policy. We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including composition and colors. However, the color you see may vary depending on your electronic device, and we cannot guarantee its accuracy. The measurements stated on www.oxwhite.com are only approximate values to give you a better understanding of the products. They are not a guarantee of the actual measurements of the item you receive. The final measurements of an item may vary depending on the production material. Under Manufacturing Acceptance Criteria, a measurement variance within 5% is acceptable. Please note that human factors during production may influence the final product. Measurement may differ based on type of measuring tape use.
4. If the shipping postal address or contact number provided is incorrect and requires rerouting, the customer shall bear the rerouting cost. Delivery attempts will be conducted twice, and if failed, the shipment will be returned to the sender, and a refund will be initiated. If a third delivery attempt is requested, with a new shipment consignment required, the cost will be borne by the customer. Any shipment damage caused by pets after delivery will not be reimbursed or entertained. Free Shipping is only applicable to addresses in Malaysia on selected announced dates.

6. Oxwhite reserves the right to change, limit, or cancel this promotion at any time. Oxwhite also reserves the right to cancel and forfeit any orders deemed fraudulent.
7. In the event of conflicting purchases leading to stock insufficiency, Oxwhite has the right to cancel any purchase. Oxwhite will inform you immediately and reimburse any payments made.

Oxwhite is not responsible for any failure to complete your transaction or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone or network lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems, or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any other technical failures including any damage to any person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from this campaign.
9. Oxwhite may, at its sole discretion and without notice, remove, cancel, or disallow any user who violates the terms and conditions, including suspicious or fraudulent purchasing activity, usage abuse, or purchasing products for the purpose of reselling.
