What You’ll Do

- Bring big ideas to life across digital and offline platforms.
- Launch and track campaigns that don’t just look good but deliver results.
2. Design Experiences for Our Audience
- Work with our creative team to craft content that connects—on Instagram, in inboxes, and beyond. - Think human-first: how can we surprise and delight our customers every step of the way?
3. Drive Social Conversations
- Take the lead on managing Oxwhite’s social media.
- Stay ahead of trends, spark engagement, and build genuine connections with our community.
4. Take Smart Risks & Analyze Everything
- Explore new ideas, take chances, and learn from what works (and what doesn’t).
- Keep an eye on the numbers, measure your impact, and use insights to improve.
5. Collaborate & Innovate
- Partner with influencers, brands, and collaborators who share our values.
- Think outside the box and bring fresh partnerships to the table.
What Makes You the One
We don’t believe in cookie-cutter hires. If you’re the type who loves rolling up your sleeves and figuring out how to make the biggest impact, we want to hear from you. Ideally, you’ll bring:
• A degree in marketing, business, or something else that prepared you for this.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing or digital media.
• Skills in social media, Google Analytics, and online advertising.
• Creativity, curiosity, and an itch to learn every day.
• A get-it-done attitude, even when you’re figuring things out on the fly.
