Easy Returns for all of our products. We offer 30-days money back guaranteed for order made via Oxwhite Official Website, www.oxwhite.com.
If the product Does Not Fit Well or if you wish to return it due to a Change Of Mind, you may return the product within 30-days for an exchange or a refund via this link: https://oxwhite.com/apps/return_prime
Please note that the product will have to be in the exact same condition as when you have received it and with the original packaging.
If there’s any sign of manufacturing defect or received a wrong product/size/color on the product that you have purchased, please reach out to our Customer Experience Team via Whatsapp +6014-9699273 with the Order Number and Photo of the product or email us at hello@oxwhite.com. Please contact us within 1 (ONE) month from the delivery date, as any requests made after this period may not be entertained.
Purchases made via Oxwhite Official Website CANNOT exchange at any pop-up stores as the stores are handled by a different management. Products(s) purchased through Oxwhite Offline Store shall not be entitled to this policy.
Due to hygiene reasons, returns and exchanges will NOT be accepted for all products listed below:
- All Women Innerwears including Women Lounge Wear (Except The Wire-Free Bra)
- All Towels
- All Men Innerwears including Men Everyday Boxers
- All Face Masks
- All Socks
Free Gift
- Order that comes with a free gift need to be returned together if you are returning the whole order for a refund. Any missing free gift will be deducted from the amount refundable of your purchase.
- You are not required to return the free gift, if you are returning the order for an exchange or return partial order for a refund.
- Free gifts are not eligible for exchange/returns. Any product received as Free Gift is not applicable for Cash Refund/Voucher/Exchange.
No Nonsense Return Policy
- Products you wish to return need to be sent to us within 30 days from the date you received your order. We accept returns via mail/self-delivery during office hours for Oxwhite Return Center. Please note that Oxwhite Return Center is closed on weekends and Public Holidays.
- Customers are responsible for the return postage in the event of an exchange or return. The cost of sending the exchange order to the customer will be covered by Oxwhite. The return postage fee depends on the chosen courier service. Return via Grab Express or any other express courier must seek approval from Customer Experience Team first.
- In order to be eligible for a return/exchange, the product must be unused/unwashed and in the original packaging. Returned product(s) must be attached with tags. (Please ensure that you do not discard any packaging materials). Approval for return must be obtained by sending a request to https://oxwhite.com/apps/return_prime
- Upon approval, you will receive a return address via email.
- Please allow up to 10 - 15 business days for returns/exchanges to be processed, excluding shipping time, and subject to stock availability.
- Please note that there's a possibility that we may have run out of stock of the products that you would like to exchange by the time we receive your returns, and we will issue a refund to your original payment method or exchange to a different available color/size.
- Return shipment tracking falls under the customer & customer appointed courier provider responsibilities in making sure it reaches Oxwhite Return Center. Any lost return shipment falls under the responsibility of the customer-appointed courier provider, provided no tracking is available and no proof is available that it reached Oxwhite Return Center.
- OXWHITE reserves the right to not accept any return requests which do not meet our standard return policy.
Important Information
In order to protect all our customers and make sure that we handle every return or exchange with reasonable fairness, we refuse to accept a return or exchange in certain situations, including:
- Products damaged by misuse, abuse, improper care or negligence, or accidents (including pet damage/any domesticated animal.)
- Products showing damage (Torn/Stain/Wrinkle) or Smell (Cigarette/Perfume).
- Products showing excessive wear and tear. Return products must not be soiled, washed or altered, with no visible signs of wear or tear.
- Products lost or damaged due to fire, flood, or natural disaster.
- Products with a missing label or label that has been defaced/removed or the product has been washed.
- Products returned for personal reasons unrelated to product performance or satisfaction.
- Products that have been soiled or contaminated.
- Products that are found to be non-in accordance to OXWHITE Return/Exchange/Refund policy but yet are posted to Warehouse/Premise/Return Center shall not be entitled for Return to customer unless cost is borne by customer.
Exchange Eligibility
- Exchanges are only available for size and/or color of the same style. Exchanging for a different product is strictly not allowed.
- Applicable for return and exchange in the event of “Size Does Not Fit” or “Change of Mind”.
- Please do not discard any packaging material and ensure everything is returned in the same condition as you’ve received it. Return products must not be soiled, washed or altered, with no visible signs of wear or tear.
- If the preferred size is out of stock, customers may choose to exchange for another color (subject to stock availability) or opt for a return and refund.
Refund Process
- Refunds are typically issued via your preferred payment method indicated during the order placement.
- The vast majority of returns take about 15 Business Days for us to receive your package at the Return Centre, inspect your return, process it into inventory, and complete your refund.
- Return for Refund will only be paid via the original payment method. Refund processing time frame:
- International Shipping Refund is only applicable via the credit card that was originally used to place the order; bank transfer is not applicable.
Please note:
OXWHITE reserves the right to decide whether or not to compensate, alter, or refund any undelivered order that has not reached the customer within 60 days of the order being placed, as deemed appropriate by OXWHITE.
OXWHITE reserves the rights to withhold any Exchange/Return/Refund if your original product has not reached our warehouse/premise, or did not get earlier approval to mail the product to the Return Centre Address.
Please ensure that refund details given are correct and complete.
Any self-delivery to Oxwhite Return Centre will take 1-2 business days for processing. Discount codes cannot be re-issued and are non-refundable. If you return the product which was purchased using a discount code, only final payable amount (after discount) will be refunded. OXWHITE reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
Colors & Measurements
We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including composition and colors. The color you see will depend on your electronic device, and we cannot guarantee that yours will accurately display such colors.
The product’s measurements stated on Oxwhite.com are only approximate values to give you a better understanding of the products. They are not a guarantee of the actual measurements of the product you receive. The final measurements of product may vary depending on the material used in production.
A measurement variance of up to 5% is considered acceptable under the Manufacturing Acceptance Criteria.
Hereby to say, this product is produced manually in a factory in which we are unable to eliminate human factors which influence behavior at work for the final product.
