Return Policy

This collection is applicable for return and exchange in the event of “wrong size” or “defect upon receiving".
Please do not discard any packaging material and ensure everything is returned in the same condition as you’ve received it.
OXWHITE reserves the rights to not accept any return requests which does not meet our standard return policy.
In the event if the preferred size is out of stock, the customer may choose to exchange with another colour (depending on stock availability) or opt in for a return and refund.
