If there’s any sign of manufacturing defect on the item that you have purchased or if you find that the product does not fit you well, you may return the product within 30-days for an exchange or a refund. Please note that the product will have to be in the exact same condition as when you have received it and with the original packaging.

Exchange your item for a different size or a replacement for a wrong or defective item received or a full refund to your original payment mode.

Items you wish to return need to be sent to us 30 days from the date you received your parcel. We will accept online returns via mail only. No walk-in allowed.
Postage is to be borne by the customer in the event of an exchange or return.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused/unwashed, must be in the original packaging in your package of the returned item(s) and with tags attached to the product (Please be sure to not discard any packaging materials)
Any Promotional Product cannot be Return for Full Refund, only applicable for Exchange unless it is deemed as Out of Stock/Discontinue by Oxwhite.
Any product received as Free Gift is not applicable for Cash Refund/Voucher/Exchange.
Returns/exchanges may take up to 10 - 15 business days, excluding shipping times. While stocks last. *Exchange or item that is equivalent or lower in value only.
To protect all our customers and make sure that we handle every return or exchange with reasonable fairness, we refuse to accept a return or exchange in certain situations, including:
Products damaged by misuse, abuse, improper care or negligence, or accidents (including pet damage)
Products showing excessive wear and tear.
Products lost or damaged due to fire, flood, or natural disaster.
Products with a missing label or label that has been defaced/removed or the item has been washed.
Products returned for personal reasons unrelated to product performance or satisfaction.
Products that have been soiled or contaminated.
Products that it has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached.
Products that are found to be non in accordance to OXWHITE Return/Exchange/Refund policy but yet is posted to our warehouse/premise shall not be entitled for Return to customer unless cost is borne by customer.
Exchanges are only available for size and/or color of the same style. Exchanging for a different product is strictly not allowed.
Applicable for return and exchange in the event of “wrong size” or “defect upon receiving".
Please do not discard any packaging material and ensure everything is returned in the same condition as you’ve received it.
OXWHITE reserves the rights to not accept any return requests which does not meet our standard return policy.
In the event if the preferred size is out of stock, the customer may choose to exchange with another colour (depending on stock availability) or opt in for a return and refund.

Refunds are typically issued via your preferred payment method indicated while placing your order. All returns will be refunded via your original payment method.

* For the vast majority of returns, it takes about 15 - 20 Business Days for us to get your package at the fulfilment Centre, inspect your return, process it into inventory, and complete your refund.
*If you paid by card, we will refund the balance to the card originally used.
OXWHITE reserves the rights to compensate/alter/refund any Non-deliver item that failed to reach customer within 60 days after order is placed as deemed fit by OXWHITE.
OXWHITE reserves the rights to withhold any Exchange/Return/Refund if your original item has not reached our warehouse/premise.
Ensure that refund details given are correct and complete.
Discount codes cannot be re-issued and are non-refundable. If you return an item which was purchased using a discount code, only the final paid price (after discount) will be refunded.
If you placed your order using Guest Checkout and don’t have a OXWHITE account, please create a OXWHITE account to initiate an exchange or return.
