If there’s any sign of manufacturing defect on the item that you have purchased or if you find that the product does not fit you well, you may return the product within 30-days for an exchange or a refund.

Please note that the product will have to be in the exact same condition as when you have received it and with the original packaging.

*Purchases made via Oxwhite Official Website cannot exchange at any pop-up stores as the stores are handled by a different management.

Free Gifts
Free gift for Buy 1 Free 1 & Free Gift Tier have to be sent back for all Return for Refund requests. However Free Gift is not required to be attached with a tag. Any missing items will be deducted from the amount refundable of your purchase.
Free gifts are not eligible for exchange/returns. Any product received as Free Gift is not applicable for Cash Refund/Voucher/Exchange.
You can choose one of the following return options:
Exchange your item for a different size OR a full refund to your original payment mode. Any discoloration or defect please revert to us within 1 (ONE) month from delivery date or any correspondence or appeal will not be entertained.

No Nonsense Return Policy
Items you wish to return need to be sent to us 30 days from the date you received your order. We accept online returns via mail/walk in during office hours for Oxwhite Return Center. No walk-in allowed for warehouse due to stringent security/3PL warehouse.
Postage is to be borne by the customer in the event of an exchange or return. In order to be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused/unwashed and in the original packaging. Returned item(s) must be attached with tags. (Please be sure to not discard any packaging materials). Approval for return must be obtained by sending request to https://oxwhite.com/apps/return_prime 
Upon approval you will receive a return address.
Returns/exchanges may take up to 10 - 15 business days, excluding shipping time frame, while stocks last.
Do note that there's a possibility that we may have run out of stock of the products that you would like to exchange by the time we receive your returns and we will issue a refund to your original payment method or exchange to a different available color/size.
Return shipment tracking falls under the customer & customer appointed courier provider responsibilities in making sure it reached Oxwhite Return Center. Any lost return shipment falls under customer appointed courier provider, provided no tracking available and no proof available that it reached Oxwhite Return Center.

Important Information

In order to protect all our customers and make sure that we handle every return or exchange with reasonable fairness, we refuse to accept a return or exchange in certain situations, including:
  • Products damaged by misuse, abuse, improper care or negligence, or accidents (including pet damage/any domesticated animal.)
  • Products showing damage (Torn/Stain/Wrinkle) or Smell (Cigarette/Perfume).
  • Products showing excessive wear and tear. Return items must not be soiled, washed or altered, with no visible signs of wear or tear.
  • Products lost or damaged due to fire, flood, or natural disaster.
  • Products with a missing label or label that has been defaced/removed or the item has been washed.
  • Products returned for personal reasons unrelated to product performance or satisfaction.
  • Products that have been soiled or contaminated.
  • Products that are found to be non-in accordance to OXWHITE Return/Exchange/Refund policy but yet are posted to Warehouse/Premise/Return Center shall not be entitled for Return to customer unless cost is borne by customer.
Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges are only available for size and/or color of the same style. Exchanging for a different product is strictly not allowed.
Applicable for return and exchange in the event of “wrong size” or “defect upon receiving".
Please do not discard any packaging material and ensure everything is returned in the same condition as you’ve received it. Return items must not be soiled, washed or altered, with no visible signs of wear or tear.
OXWHITE reserves the rights to not accept any return requests which does not meet our standard return policy.
In the event if the preferred size is out of stock, the customer may choose to exchange with another colour (depending on stock availability) or opt in for a return and refund.

Refund Process
Refunds are typically issued via your preferred payment method indicated while placing your order. 
* Vast majority of returns take about 15 Business Days for us to get your package at the Return Centre, inspect your return, process it into inventory, and complete your refund.
Return for Refund will only paid via original payment method.
* International Shipping Refund only applicable via credit card that originally used to place the order earlier, bank transfer is not applicable.

Please note:
OXWHITE reserves the rights to compensate/alter/refund any non-deliver item that failed to reach customer within 60 days after order is placed as deemed fit by OXWHITE.
OXWHITE reserves the rights to withhold any Exchange/Return/Refund if your original item has not reached our warehouse/premise, or did not get earlier approval to mail the item to return address.
Please ensure that refund details given are correct and complete.
Return via Grab Express or any other express courier is not advisable as Return Center is not opened to public access and it is in industrial area that required security clearance.
Any self-delivery/walk-in return to Oxwhite Return Box will take 1-2 business days for Return Center processing. 
Discount codes cannot be re-issued and are non-refundable. If you return an item which was purchased using a discount code, only final payable amount (after discount) will be refunded.

An item's measurements stated on Oxwhite.com are only approximate values to give you a better understanding of the products. They are not a guarantee of the actual measurements of the item you receive. The final measurements of an item may vary depending on the material used in production.
Under Manufacturing Acceptance Criteria, measurement variance within 5% is acceptable.
Hereby to say, this product is produced manually in a factory in which we are unable to eliminate human factors which influence behavior at work for the final product.
