Coordinate Customer Service Team - Managing a team of customer service personnel (Part Time & Full Time) and coordinating them throughout the shift especially during campaigns and peak times.
- Supervise day to day activities in customer service. Ensure team members are achieving desired service levels, providing regular performance feedback and guiding them through difficult calls and diffusing angry customers.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify break downs in process and ensure a seamless omni-channel experience.
- Escalate issues to Director when necessary.
Provide Direct Customer Support - Responds directly to customers who need assistance. Answer phone calls or emails from customers to provide quick resolution of issues and questions or may provide assistance to a team member. - To provide more direct customer support during the department’s busiest times.
Review and Resolve Escalations
- Managing escalations requires significant customer service skills and diplomacy to ensure that the customer is satisfied. - To resolve a customer’s question or complaint and identifies a solution to the customer’s query or directs them to another department that can provide assistance.
Evaluate Team Members
- Monitor employee performance and note areas for improvement and meeting directly with the team member to discuss their performance.
Support Process Improvement - Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a daily basis. - Create and implement effective customer service procedures, policies and standards.
- Gather data related to customer contact and interactions and use this data to prepare reports and analyses of which processes are working and which can be improved. - Analyze trends in consumer issues and make suggestions for policy updates and website enhancements.
Job Description - Planning and execution of both internal and external activations including communication withthird parties and internal stakeholders when necessary. - Internal and external coordination to ensure smooth transition across all business projects. - Monitoring performance of all business activations and preparing progress and post campaignreporting. - Analysis of ongoing and past performance to provide solutions for improvement. - Support, coordinate, and execute marketplace store launches, live streaming, product launchesand marketing efforts for marketplaces when necessary. - Listing of SKUs products, description, price list, tracking of order of external sales platformsincluding marketplaces and any other sales channel when required. - Prepare presentation materials, weekly reporting slides. - Attend meetings and any external events as and when required by the company.
Job Requirements - Degree in Business Management/Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology or itsequivalent. - 1-2 years of working experience related to the responsibilities above (preferably in retail/e-commerce industry) are strongly encouraged to apply. - Those with minimal programming background will have an advantage. - Detail oriented, have a passion to learn and is committed to self-improvement. - Adaptable, able to work independently as well as in a team.
Job Description: 1. Manage the TikTok live stream calendar, plan and conduct live streaming to ensure that all live streams are done on time and meet the quality and standard. Prepare scripts & visual assets for content and hosting live streaming events, interviews, Q&A sessions, and other types of interactive events. 2. Raising brand awareness of OXWHITE in TikTok platform.
3. To strategize for activities on TikTok on daily posting and live session. 4. Liaise with TikTok Lead for more exposure and traffic allocation.
Requirements: 1. Experience in hosting live streams or fresh graduates / non-experienced - experience is welcome to apply. 2. Good command (both spoken & written) in Bahasa Malaysia.
3. Proficiency in English is added advantage.
4. CREATIVE and passionate to take part in Live Session.

Responsibilities:
- To manage the schedule and coordination of live stream sessions, ensuring smooth transitions between hosts and topics. - Assist Live Host in Live hosting in front of camera to introduce company products. - Able to interact with viewers through live hosting. - Participate in video shooting as actor or actress for product promotion content. - Have a strong sense of work ethics, timeliness and sense of urgency to ensure work is completed within given timeline & is up to the standards. - Participate in team discussions and external meetings when required.
Job requirements: • No Experience as Live Host needed. • Fresh Graduated are welcome. • No camera shy • Speak Malay fluently - Live in Bahasa Malaysia • Proficiency in English is the added advantage • Pleasant personality, responsible and great communication skills
