2. This promotion is on a first-come-first-served and while stocks last basis, no pre-order is applicable.

7. Previous orders are not applicable to enjoy this promotion and refunds will not be reimbursed. Any changes or cancellation of previous orders will not be entertained.
8. Should shipping postal address or contact number provided be incorrect, whereupon re-route is needed, customer shall bear the reroute cost incurred. Delivery attempt shall be conducted twice, whereupon failed will have the shipment returned to sender and refund will be initiated. If delivery attempt requested for the third time whereby new shipment consignment is required, cost will be borne by customer.
9. Any changes or cancellation of previous orders to take advantage of the ReNew Campaign will not be entertained.
10. Due to safety and hygiene purposes, please note that Breatheasy Mask, Towels and Innerwears (Men & Women) are not entitled for return nor refund, they are deemed as non-returnable items in accordance with Oxwhite Return Policy. Any items found with defects please email us at hello@oxwhite.com.my.
11. Oxwhite Breatheasy Mask is not a replacement for medical grade Personal Protective Equipment.
12. Kindly adhere to regulations by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
13. Any exchange requirement, please contact us at hello@oxwhite.com.my. Other terms and conditions for this will follow as according to Oxwhite Return Policy. We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including composition and colours. The colour you see will depend on your electronic device, and we cannot guarantee that yours will accurately display such colours. An item's measurements stated on Oxwhite.com are only approximate values to give you a better understanding of the products. They are not a guarantee of the actual measurements of the item you receive. The final measurements of an item may vary depending on the material used in production. Under Manufacturing Acceptance Criteria, measurement variance within 5% is acceptable. Hereby to say, this product is produced manually in a factory in which we are unable to eliminate human factors which influence behaviour at work for the final product.
14. OXWHITE reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without notice.
15. OXWHITE reserves the right to change, limit or cancel this promotion at any time. OXWHITE reserves the rights to cancel and forfeit any orders if so, deemed fraudulent.
16. In the event of conflicting purchases leading to stock insufficiency, OXWHITE has the right to cancel any purchase. OXWHITE will, of course, inform you immediately and reimburse any payments made.
17. OXWHITE is not responsible for any failure to complete your transaction, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination of these, or any other technical failures including any damage to any person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from this campaign.
18. OXWHITE may, in its sole discretion and without notice, remove, cancel, or disallow any user who violates the terms and conditions, including the following circumstances: suspicious or fraudulent purchasing activity; usage abuse, including the use of multiple accounts, or multiple checkouts associated with the same customer or group of customers; or purchasing products for the purpose of reselling with immediate effect.
19. OXWHITE's decision is final should there be any dispute in relation to this promotion.
