- Giveaway valid only on Oxwhite Official Facebook page & Oxwhite Official Telegram Channel from 27th July 2021, 12pm - 6th August 2021, 11.59pm.
- This giveaway is open to all individuals who reside in West Malaysia.
- Participants must comply with all the steps required to qualify for this giveaway.
- Prize announcement will be made on 9th August 2021
- Delivery of the prize will start from 17th August onwards, Emma will reach out to schedule a delivery time and deliver the prize before 6th September 2021.
- The Prize(s) are not transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash. Winners must take the Prize(s) as it is. Unclaimed Prize(s) within 30 days of notification that is sent via any means of communication will be forfeited. No alternatives will be offered. For the avoidance of doubt, if a winner fails to claim the prize within the stipulated duration, OXWHITE & Emma shall have the right at its own discretion to re-draw.
- OXWHITE & Emma shall not be liable for any loss or damage that occurs to the Prize(s) during the delivery process. Any additional other costs (i.e. delivery fees) involved redeeming the Prize(s) are to be borne by the participants.
- Winners' decision is final and no further correspondence will be entertained.

- OXWHITE & Emma reserves the right to change, limit or cancel this giveaway at any time.
- OXWHITE & Emma reserves the right to cancel and forfeit any participation if so, deemed fraudulent.
- Prize(s) are subjected to the terms and conditions set by the supplier (if applicable). To the extent permitted by law, the OXWHITE & partners are not responsible for all liabilities arising from any deferment, cancellation, delay or changes to the Prize(s) details or any unforeseen circumstances beyond the reasonable control of OXWHITE and for any act or default by any vendor or third party supplier.
- OXWHITE & Emma are not responsible for any failure to during browsing, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination of these, or any other technical failures including any damage to any person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from this giveaway.
