Delivery within West Malaysia takes 3–5 business days, East Malaysia 7–10 business days, and international delivery 20–30 business days once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.

It is the customer's responsibility to check an item's status after receiving the order-confirmation email.

Due to shipping restrictions, we are unable to deliver to Israel.

Should the postal address or contact number provided be incorrect and re-routing is required, the customer shall bear the re-routing cost incurred.

We will send tracking information to the email address associated with your order once it has been fulfilled and processed by the courier provider for shipping.

We offer free shipping for orders RM120 and over, and a flat rate of RM4 for orders RM60 and over. Otherwise, shipping is a flat rate of RM8.

Orders shipped outside Malaysia range from RM40–RM80. Please email us if you need further assistance.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or their cost, as customs policies and import duties vary widely between countries.

Because package turnaround times are fast, changing an order can be tricky. Email hello@oxwhite.com immediately if something is wrong with your order. We will always do our best to help; however, once an order has been processed by our warehouse team, we cannot amend it.

The quantity limit is 10 units per product.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for an exchange or full refund within 30 days of receiving your parcel. Returns must be unworn, in the condition received, and in their original packaging with tags still attached and undamaged. Merchandise not returned in its original state may not qualify for an exchange or refund.

For most returns, it takes about 10–15 business days for your package to reach the fulfilment centre, be inspected, processed into inventory, and for you to receive your exchange or refund.

As an online business, our prices change in response to fashion trends, stock, and customer demand. We do not refund the difference in this case.

We accept all major credit and debit cards except AMEX, online bank transfer via FPX (all major domestic online banks), and e-wallet payments via GrabPay and Touch 'n Go.

Discount codes are available for a limited time while supplies last and cannot be used once expired. They are not redeemable for cash and are limited to one promotion per order. In some cases, a code can only be redeemed once per person and has unique terms and conditions to support fair distribution.
