2. Redemption is valid for the first ONE THOUSAND (1,000) frontliners who has successfully filled up the form provided and received a unique code. No exchange or refund.
3. Redemption is valid for ONE (1) I’M a Frontliner OUR WORK SAVES LIVES T-Shirt per order.
4. In order to be eligible for this free gift, each form submitted must be completed. Any incomplete form will not be entertained.
5. Participants agree to abide by terms and conditions set for the free gift redemption. Participants are hereby reminded not to irresponsibly or unnecessarily, intentionally or unintentionally, manipulate, exploit this redemption, and shall take full responsibility of any undesired incidents thereof. 8. If you missed your date of redemption, you may redeem on the next nearest date provided. Code is valid for one-time use only and includes free shipping.
9. Should shipping postal address or contact number is incorrect, whereupon re-route is needed, customer shall bear the re-route cost incurred.
10. Oxwhite reserves the right to cancel and/or forfeit any redemption if so, deemed fraudulent.
