2. This promotion is on a first-come-first-served and while stocks last basis, no pre-order is applicable.

4. This promotion is applicable by any product purchased as listed below, excluding shipping:

5. Customer is entitled to ONE (1) Laundry Bag with every purchase of ONE (1) product listed above, maximum capped at ONE (1) piece of Laundry Bag per order.

6. Laundry Bag is not transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash. Customers must accept the item(s) as it is.

7. Due to safety and hygiene purpose, please note that Towel Series and Innerwear Series are not entitled for return nor refund, they are deemed as non-returnable items in accordance with Oxwhite Return Policy. Any items found with defects please email us at hello@oxwhite.com.my.

8. Please ensure the free gift is added in your cart before proceeding to checkout or it shall be deemed as void and no replacement will be applicable.

9. Previous orders are not applicable to enjoy this promotion and refunds will not be reimbursed. Any changes or cancellation of previous orders will not be entertained.

10. Should shipping postal address or contact number provided be incorrect, whereupon re-route is needed, customer shall bear the reroute cost incurred.

11. OXWHITE reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without notice.

12. OXWHITE reserves the right to change, limit or cancel this promotion at any time.

13. OXWHITE reserves the rights to cancel and forfeit any orders if so, deemed fraudulent.

14. In the event of conflicting purchases leading to stock insufficiency, OXWHITE has the right to cancel any purchase. OXWHITE will, of course, inform you immediately and reimburse any payments made.

OXWHITE is not responsible for any failure to complete your transaction, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination of these, or any other technical failures including any damage to any person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from this campaign.

16. OXWHITE may, in its sole discretion and without notice, remove, cancel, or disallow any user who violates the terms and conditions, including the following circumstances: suspicious or fraudulent purchasing activity; usage abuse, including the use of multiple accounts, or multiple checkouts associated with the same customer or group of customers; or purchasing products for the purpose of reselling with immediate effect.
