We want you to be fully satisfied with every product that you purchase from www.oxwhite.com. If there’s any sign of manufacturing defect on the item that you have purchased, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery for a 1 to 1 exchange or full refund. Please note, however, the item backpack will have to be in the exact same condition as when you’ve received it and with the original packaging.
Return shipping are to be borne by the customer and replacement will be delivered to you for free. We will provide you with a form to fill up and provide you with the step-by-step on the return process.
We ask that the product to be unused, in original boxes, together with all the parts and accessories in order to ensure credit.
OXWHITE’s backpack is made from the finest materials available under our exacting standards. But, like any other product, it is not indestructible, and eventually may need to be repaired or refurbished. In that event, you will find that we apply the same standard of excellence to our customer experience as we do to our products.
OXWHITE’s Limited Warranty
You can have your OXWHITE backpack repaired or obtain a replacement for broken parts by sending our Customer Experience Team an email at email@example.com to have the process of warranty claim.
If you would like to return an item that you purchased on www.oxwhite.com, please follow the instructions outlined below.
Email our Customer Experience team firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know your order number and the reason for your return, including a minimum of 3 images of the product which you’d like to return.
Pack the product(s) securely in the original product packaging. Please include all parts, and accessories. All products must be unused to ensure credit.
Hand the item back to the courier service and provide us with the Tracking Number and details of the parcel.
Your exchange will be processed within 5 – 10 business days when the item is received back in our warehouse and quality checked.

First Year of Ownership: Worry Free
With limited exceptions, if your Oxwhite product is damaged during the first twelve (12) months you own it Oxwhite will cover all repair expenses, including shipping costs (ground only) to and from our repair facility. If we determine that the product is damaged beyond repair, we will replace it. If we determine that a replacement product is not available, we will provide you with a product of comparable value. Damages not covered are damage resulting from abuse, cosmetic damage (such as scratched leather or stained fabrics), and incidental or consequential damages, such as damage to or loss of the contents of a bag, loss of use, loss of time, or similar expenses. Your only responsibility is to ship your bag to us for repair, postage paid by you.

Proof of Purchase
Please save your confirmation email as proof of purchase. This will be needed to demonstrate your warranty coverage. Additionally, this will serve as proof that your purchase was made on our online store at www.oxwhite.com.
