1. This E-Gift Card promotion is only valid on our website - www.oxwhite.com from 13th May 2022 12pm.
2. This E-Gift Card promotion is on a first-come-first-served and while stocks last basis, no pre-order is applicable.
3. This E-Gift Card promotion is not valid with other on-going promotions, discounts or promo/voucher code. It is non-stackable with other voucher codes.
4. E-Gift Card is not transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash. This E-Gift Card is a one-time only use, no top-ups of any amount is available. Usage of Gift Card to buy another Gift Card is not applicable. Free Gift Tier is not applicable for Gift Card purchase.
5. There are 2 tiers of E-Gift Card value:
- Buy RM50 voucher at RM48 (4% discount at limited time first-come-first-served basis)
- Buy RM100 voucher at RM90 (10% discount at limited time first-come-first-served basis)
6.If the final payable amount is more than the E-Gift Card value, the customer is required to borne the additional value to match the final payable amount. You can view your Gift Card balance by emailing us at hello@oxwhite.com or WhatsApp us at +60149699273.
7.Kindly ensure the E-Gift Card Voucher Code is added in your cart before proceeding to checkout or it shall be deemed as void and no refund is applicable.
8.There is no limitation on the E-Gift Card purchase quantity. E-Gift Card Voucher Code can be utilised in multiple transactions, depending on available balance.
9.E-Gift Card validity is 3 months from the purchased date. Any non-used E-Gift Card past expiry date or non-used difference is not transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash. Any correspondence or appeal will not be entertained.
10.Upon any E-Gift Card purchase, E-Gift Card Voucher Code shall be sent to the relevant customer via email. Kindly ensure no suppression is in force for hello@oxwhite.com for smooth E-Gift Card Voucher Code receival. In the event of return with Gift Card as payment, refund shall be in Gift Card credit basis, non-exchangeable for cash. Any correspondence or appeal will not be entertained.
11.Previous orders are not applicable to enjoy this promotion and refunds will not be reimbursed. Any changes or cancellation of previous orders will not be entertained.
12.Should shipping postal address or contact number provided be incorrect, whereupon re-route is needed, customer shall bear the re-route cost incurred. Delivery attempt shall be conducted twice, whereupon failed will have the shipment returned to sender and refund will be initiated. If delivery attempt is requested for the (3rd) third time whereby new shipment consignment is required, cost will be borne by the customer.
13.Any changes or cancellation of previous orders to utilise previous purchase using E-Gift Card Voucher Code will not be entertained.
14.Due to safety and hygiene purposes, please note that Breatheasy Mask, 3-Layer Mask, Towels, Socks and Innerwears (Men & Women) are not entitled for return nor refund, they are deemed as non-returnable items in accordance with Oxwhite Return Policy. 18.In the event of conflicting purchases leading to stock insufficiency, OXWHITE has the right to cancel any purchase/order. OXWHITE will, of course, inform you immediately and reimburse any payments made.
